Round Roast is a cut of bison beef that come from the rouind primal cut, which is the rear leg of the bison.  A flavorful cut, bet cooked using slow, moist methods like braising or roasting to help tenderize the meat.
 
Each roast is between 2 and 3 pounds, roast size based on availability.
